I support businesses with establishing their creative audio and visual direction, developing a bespoke strategy that supports this vision then guiding them to launch their own slate of shows, along with supporting them with all the industry questions they may have.
In this partnership I assess your current team, budgets and work-flow to identify natural roles, gaps and opportunities that you have to support a podcast department. I then offer guidance on how best to distribute, fund and staff your project, along with helping you with developing formats.

There is something very satisfying about seeing your idea go through the full production process and I can manage as much or as little of that as you want. As a senior producer I have led the production of many shows from guest booking, research and script writing through to producing records and editing full episode and social assets. I manage the full production process to ensure your show is made to the highest possible standard and delivered in the time frame you need it.

The podcast landscape is ever changing, so I work with already established shows to help take them from ticking over to thriving, growing reach, identifying revenue & marketing opportunities along with freshening up the content. My audits look at where your podcast stands and where it could go. You will leave with a clear and considered direction, designed to strengthen the show and increase its impact.
The audit can work in two way:
Option 1: You tell me your goals and in an hour workshop I deliver the improves you can make to your show to really see a difference in the quality of what you’re delivering.
Option 2: We work together or a slightly longer-term basis. Once we have established your goals, I work with you to really implement them and see results.

For weddings, hen dos, baby showers, birthdays and big life moments, I create bespoke audio message books filled with the voices, stories and memories of the people who matter most. From heartfelt messages to funny anecdotes, unexpected confessions and tiny moments of chaos, each piece is shaped into something personal, polished and full of feeling.
I’ll help gather the voice notes, guide contributors with prompts, and edit everything into a keepsake you can listen back to again and again. Whether it’s a surprise for the bride, a gift for new parents, or a birthday message with a bit more magic, this is a way to turn love, laughter and memory into something you can actually hear.
